With more than 40 years in the publishing business, and deeply immersed in the proposal industry since 2007, Russell brings real-world experience to proposal production design and management from industries including newspapers, magazines, book, direct mail, and more. His knowledge of technology, coupled with an ability to implement efficient and reliable workflows, allows him to almost eliminate time between "pens down" and press. In addition to his proposal work, Russell is an international speaker, teaching graphic designers from all industries how to work more efficiently, improve quality, and improve designs and photography.

Dr. Frank Douglas has been a part of Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, and other government contractor communities for 35 years. He is a specialist in proposal management, development of business development systems (including capture mentoring and pipeline development), and managing projects and virtual teams. He has more than 30 years of expertise in writing persuasive proposals, is both a project management professional and certified scrum master, has been an executive of successful small and large businesses, and has won billions of dollars in contracts for his employers and clients.
